Signman Says foam letters are cut from high density polystyrene foam, ranging in thickness from 10-300mm. The letters are painted with three coats of acrylic to seal the polystyrene and three coats of enamel to create a durable product that is suited to outdoor use.
We can also apply your foam letters to 2mm acrylic cut letters to create a more long-lasting product with a very strong rigid face.
