Light boxes commonly consist of an aluminium box frame with a light inside to illuminate the acrylic face of the box. The depth of the frame can be 120mm, 150mm or 200mm depending upon whether the light box is single or double sided.
The aluminium frame is available in a powder coated finish – the powder coating comes in most colours. Larger light boxes can be constructed using a cladded aluminium frame to deliver extra strength and durability.
Signman Says light boxes are internally illuminated using energy efficient and very cost effective daylight fluorescent tubes.
Our light box faces are long lasting and designed to be high impact. Choose an opal acrylic face and we’ll attach digitally printed translucent adhesive vinyl or translucent adhesive vinyl lettering to it. Alternatively, choose a translucent flex face – it can be directly digitally printed or have translucent adhesive vinyl lettering applied.
